Todd’s impressive education and extensive work with small business establish a solid valuations foundation.

He became a CPA, CMA in 2015, building upon his Mathematics degree, MBA and the three-year CFA program.  More recently, he completed the CBV course work and passed the Membership Qualification Exam.  He will be eligible for the CFA and CBV designations upon completion of the required professional hours.

Before working with Kalex Valuations Inc, Todd spent many years supporting and assisting small business owners and would-be entrepreneurs; managing organizations that provided financial and non-financial services and helping business owners directly.  He developed a deeper understanding of businesses and the challenges faced by them every day.

His client-focused approach helped meet the unique needs of each entrepreneur, greatly improving their chances of success.  His probing nature and attention to detail help to critically assess plans and opportunities, recognize and anticipate potential problems, develop and evaluate solutions and help create paths to realize success.
